EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

GET READY TO

  • Support and act as an executive assistant for the General Manager (GM)
  • Maintain GM’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travels, prioritizing, and re-arranging where necessary
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memos by collecting and analyzing information
  • Save GM’s time by reading, researching, routing and summarizing correspondence
  • Manage projects and follow up on timely delivery and results
  • Act as the point of contact among executives and employees
  • Supporting other Executive committee members by organizing and scheduling meetings
  • Organize Edenred and other guests visits to EBV, prepare, and manage agenda
  • Build strong relationships across the organization with internal and external stakeholders
  • Take care of GM‘s personal tasks

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE

  • Experience in similar role
  • Ability to own and execute managerial tasks
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Ability to research, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to execute each project flawlessly with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a global office environment with flexibility to juggle multiple time zones and tailor interactions/communications with an awareness of cultural sensitivities
  • Driver’s license
