CUSTOMER CARE AGENT

Full - time (hybrid work model)

GET READY TO

  • Be responsible for a defined group of customers
  • Communicate with customers & authorities (solving issues, responding to requests, requesting documents)
  • Communicate with 3rd parties if needed (lawyers, bailiffs, etc.)
  • Prepare documents (contracts, POAs, etc.)
  • Handle incoming e-mails (directed to the Customer Support team address)
  • Manage ticketing system
  • Entry metadata to digital documents in a digital repository

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE

  • Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages
  • Higher education
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Other languages (for example, German) would be seen as a advantage
