What was your career path at EBV Finance?

My career at EBV Finance started more than a year ago. Although my position and team have changed several times, the main task has remained the same. My goal is to make customer service processes more efficient and improve the customer experience.

What achievement of EBV Finance you are the proudest of?

I am most pleased that EBV Finance customer service is growing, getting stronger and better, even in the face of major changes. I am pleased with every standardized process that has been introduced, which gives clarity in dealing with customers, and of course with the automated actions that allow for more individual attention to customers.

What does “continuous learning” mean to you?

Continuous improvement for me is about new experiences and movement. To keep going, you need to take on new tasks, new challenges and new responsibilities with courage, and to try things out and not to stay in a comfort zone.

What helps you overcome challenges?

I’m a team player. The support and trust I get from my team empower and inspire me. It is my source of motivation and energy. I am very happy to have found all this in EBV Finance.

What values and qualities of character do you particularly value in your colleagues?

I like people who take responsibility not only for themselves, but also for their team or even their organisation. I appreciate colleagues who know how to work as a team, and who know how to discuss. Decisions made through constructive discussion bring more value. All these qualities are important for me to develop in myself.

Which personality (person) inspires you the most? Why?

I’m most inspired by strong women who have reached the top of their careers. Margaret Thatcher is one of them. Her policy decisions can be seen in many ways, but the strength she exuded inspires and fascinates me.

What do you do when you are not working?

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with the people I love. I’m in good company, so there’s no shortage of activities – hiking, skiing, travelling, spending time in nature and at home. My challenge this season is to run five kilometers in one event. It’s really hard, but it feels so good when you achieve it!
