Poland’s government has announced inflation-busting measures including cutting the value-added tax (VAT) on petrol and diesel. From the 1st of February, the current 23% value-added tax on fuel will be temporary lowered to 8%. According to today’s information, the VAT relief will be valid for 6 months, till the end of July.
