In Lithuania, our team embarked on a journey to nurture and preserve the natural beauty of Pavilniai Regional Park. With unwavering determination, they meticulously tended to every detail, their hands gently digging up the earth around the apple trees to ensure their flourishing growth. The team worked harmoniously, their collective efforts resulting in neatly piled turf and steps freed from the clutches of natural plaque. As the sun began its descent, the air was filled with laughter and shared conversations, a testament to the bonds formed during a day well spent. Surrounded by the serenity of nature, they gathered for a delightful picnic, celebrating their accomplishments and cherishing the moments of togetherness.
In Poland, our colleagues embraced the spirit of transformation, channeling their efforts towards two distinct yet equally impactful endeavors. Dividing themselves into two groups, they set out to breathe new life into their surroundings. The first group dedicated themselves to the monumental task of cleaning up the Vistula boulevards and park. Armed with determination and unity, they painstakingly cleared debris, restoring these public spaces to their former glory. Simultaneously, the second group ventured into the heart of a charity foundation, where they contributed to activities related to the Ukrainian situation. Among their many tasks, they played a vital role in the preparation of camouflage nets, a testament to their unwavering support for those in need. In the face of adversity, their dedication shone brightly, illuminating the path toward a brighter future.
In Romania, our team enthusiastically participated in the Edenred RUN, a 3 km marathon. Their primary objective was to show support for young individuals from vulnerable backgrounds and generate funds for the renovation of a space intended to serve as an interethnic center. By contributing their participation fees, the team aimed to provide assistance to 50 disadvantaged secondary school students in the Bucharest-Ilfov area. Their participation exemplified their commitment to making a positive impact in the community and empowering young individuals to pursue their dreams.
